My colour services include blondes, brunettes, full colour, and balayage, all tailored to suit your hair, lifestyle, and how often you want to be back in the chair. I focus on creating colour that grows out softly and still looks good weeks later, not something that needs constant fixing.
I work with Original Mineral because it’s gentle on the hair and scalp while still giving a beautiful lift and tone. Whether we’re doing foils or hand-painted balayage, it allows me to create natural, lived-in colour while keeping your hair strong and healthy throughout the process.
Blonding
Blonding means making hair blonde. This can be done with a full head of foils to lift all your hair evenly, or partial foils where only sections like around the face or the crown are lightened. There’s also hand-painted techniques where pieces are painted directly onto the hair for a softer, more natural result. The method I use depends on your hair type, its condition, and the effect you want to achieve.
Some people like a softer, more lived-in blonde. That lets them go longer between appointments. Some people like an all-over blonde, which is brighter from root to tip and needs more regular upkeep. Others sit somewhere in the middle. When I create a blonde, I look at your hair history, how it responds to lightening, and what kind of maintenance will actually work for your life.
Brunette
Brunette hair isn’t just brown. It could be a single tone across the head, or a mix of highlights and lowlights to give depth and movement. Foils or hand-painted pieces are used depending on the result you want and how your hair behaves. Toners are often applied to adjust warmth or coolness so the colour suits your skin and lasts longer.
Some people want a low-maintenance brunette that grows out without obvious lines. Some want a stronger, defined tone that needs touch-ups. Others want something in the middle. When I work on brunette hair, I take into account how the colour will hold, how it will grow out, and what fits with your hair history and your daily routine.
Balayage
Balayage is a hand-painted technique where pieces of hair are lightened to create dimension and contrast. Unlike traditional foils, it doesn’t always start at the root. Some people want subtle, soft pieces of light throughout their hair. Others like more noticeable contrast between darker and lighter sections. How I paint the hair depends on your hair texture, thickness, and condition.
Balayage is for people who want the highlights to feel intentional and tailored. It’s perfect if you want colour that looks like it belongs in your hair, that suits your growth pattern, and fits with the amount of upkeep you want to do.
