BEFORE YOU BOOK

Yes. A $50 booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This confirms your time with us and is deducted from the total cost of your service on the day.

The booking fee is non-refundable, however it is transferable if you need to reschedule with more than 48 hours’ notice.

We understand life happens.
If you reschedule with more than 48 hours’ notice, your booking fee will be transferred to your new appointment date.
Reschedules within 48 hours will result in the booking fee being forfeited. -

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will forfeit the booking fee. This allows us to manage our time fairly and offer appointments to other clients.

No-shows will result in the loss of your booking fee. Rebooking may require full prepayment depending on the service.

If you’re unsure, we recommend booking a consultation or selecting the closest option. Our team will always confirm and adjust services as needed during your appointment.

Inspiration photos are a guide rather than a guarantee. Everyone’s hair is different, so results depend on your starting colour, hair history, and condition. We’ll always talk this through honestly so expectations are clear and you know what’s achievable for your hair.
