BEFORE YOU BOOK

  • Yes. A $50 booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This confirms your time with us and is deducted from the total cost of your service on the day.

  • The booking fee is non-refundable, however it is transferable if you need to reschedule with more than 48 hours’ notice.

  • We understand life happens.
     If you reschedule with more than 48 hours’ notice, your booking fee will be transferred to your new appointment date.

    Reschedules within 48 hours will result in the booking fee being forfeited.

  • Please let us know as soon as possible. Late arrivals may need to have services shortened or rescheduled if it impacts the following appointments.


  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will forfeit the booking fee. This allows us to manage our time fairly and offer appointments to other clients.

  • No-shows will result in the loss of your booking fee. Rebooking may require full prepayment depending on the service.

  • If you’re unsure, we recommend booking a consultation or selecting the closest option. Our team will always confirm and adjust services as needed during your appointment.

  • Yes. Professional products protect your investment and help maintain colour, shine, and overall hair health between visits. We’ll only recommend what’s right for you, no pressure.

  • Yes. We’ll assess your hair honestly and create a plan that prioritises its condition. Sometimes this means working towards your goal over multiple appointments.

  • Definitely. Whether you love regular visits or prefer low-maintenance colour, we tailor our work to suit how you actually live.

  • Every appointment is a little different. Timing depends on the service, your hair length and thickness, and what we’re doing on the day. We always allow enough time to work properly, so you’re never rushed — and we’ll let you know if it’s a longer appointment before we start.

  • Inspiration photos are a guide rather than a guarantee. Everyone’s hair is different, so results depend on your starting colour, hair history, and condition. We’ll always talk this through honestly so expectations are clear and you know what’s achievable for your hair.
